Processing

KEN has a world class food processing plant with state of art facilities and equipments. The fresh produce is stored at a controlled temperature in a cold room before processing and part of the produce is taken up immediately as the vegetables arrives to the factory. Depending on customer requirements, the fresh produce is packed into barrels, jars, Tins and pails in respective recipes. International food safety standards are enforced at every step of the process ensuring that the safest and finest quality product reaches the customer. Traceability up to farmer level is available and there is close co-ordination between packing and field operation.
